Get the Look: DIY Hankie Runner

This is such a fun and easy project. It literally took my 15 minutes sew and iron up my new runner. (Get the how to at the Country Living web site!) I used a basting stitch to join my hankies together, this way I'll be able to take out the stitches easily. You never know what I'll want to do with them in the future.
My dining room now has a fresh vintage look with the airy addition of the vintage hankies.
It's perfect for this HOT summer!
 Sew easy and pretty!!

No comments? I just love this idea, and your pictures are delicious! I love vintage hankies, and this is so genius on a way to use them and display them. Love it!

I also love your milk glass and tray collection. So pretty!
